Common questions
Does a hired or used diesel forklift come with paperwork?
Lifting equipment must be examined periodically under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998. Suppliers normally supply the certificate with a hired or used machine.
Can I use a diesel forklift indoors?
Only in a well-ventilated building with headroom for the exhaust. For enclosed warehousing, electric or LPG is normally the better choice.
