HandlingQuote is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you request quotes: your name, company, phone, email, site address and the details of your requirement. When you apply as a supplier: your company and contact details.

How we use it

We phone you to check your enquiry, then share your contact details with no more than three suppliers who cover your area and supply what you need. Suppliers only see your contact details once they accept the lead. We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in running the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and signed-in sessions secure. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@handlingquote.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
