Website terms of use

These terms apply to your use of handlingquote.co.uk, run by HandlingQuote.

Our service

HandlingQuote is a free introduction service. We pass your enquiry to up to three suppliers. We are not a party to any contract between you and a supplier, and we do not sell, hire or service equipment ourselves.

Not safety advice

We are not an emergency breakdown service and do not give safety advice. Always follow the manufacturer's guidance and use a competent person for inspections and thorough examinations.

Your information

You must give accurate details and only submit enquiries you are authorised to make on behalf of your business.

Liability

We take care to introduce reputable suppliers but cannot guarantee their work, prices or availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
