Supplier terms

These terms apply to companies that receive leads from HandlingQuote.

1. Three-supplier cap

Each enquiry is offered to no more than three suppliers at any time. If a supplier passes, we may offer it to one other eligible supplier, but no more than three suppliers will ever hold a live or purchased offer for the same enquiry.

2. Fair rotation

We match each enquiry against your coverage, the equipment you supply, the services you offer and, for forklifts, capacity and fuel. Among matching suppliers, the one who received a lead longest ago is offered first. Plan level does not let you jump the queue.

3. Leads and payment

Lead previews never include customer contact details. Contact details are released only after you use an included lead or your payment is confirmed. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is charged at the current rate. Included leads reset each month and do not roll over.

4. Bad-lead refunds

If you cannot reach the buyer within 3 working days despite reasonable attempts, or the requirement is materially different from the lead description (wrong spec), tell us within 7 days of buying. If we agree, we will refund the payment or return the included lead, and issue a credit note.

5. Use of customer data

You may only use a buyer's details to respond to that enquiry. You must not resell or share them, or add them to marketing lists without the buyer's consent.

6. Passing and ending

Passing on a lead is free. Either party may end these terms with 30 days' notice. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month.
